Nothing good happens after 2am

It is true. Specially with diapers. Parents should be equipped with night vision. Impossible mission it is to change a diaper in the darkness. And nothing good comes out of a diaper at that hour of the morning. Couldn't get the diaper set in, and kid decided to "go" while we struggled with the eternal question of which is the front end? I guess this is a new meaning to the phrase shit his the fan.
